Choices for Healthy Aging (CHA) – Who we are.
We are Choices for Healthy Aging (CHA), a group of Davis residents seeking a broader variety of housing & lifestyle choices in Davis as we plan for our future.
Vision Statement
CHA envisions an innovative, sustainable neighborhood focusing primarily, but not exclusively, on serving the unmet needs of Davis seniors. Interwoven with natural habitat, greenbelts and parks the neighborhood would provide choices in home ownership with a range of styles, sizes and affordability, and include fitness opportunities, wellness options, innovative and convenient healthcare access, a central lodge and a continuum of care. Incorporated into a new project, this neighborhood would be designed to encourage healthy living, independence and interconnectivity with the Davis community.
